I think Ed mainly declined the deal because of what bonding Al to the armor involved, and because they were trying to reverse it. Questions, discussion, analysis, fan art, cosplay, quality memes, etc. ![]() I started watching the anime a few years ago, and stopped around episode 140-150, but I really want to get back into it after the live-action series reinvigorated my interest in the franchise. Never like him much in the anime, but I thought he was fantastic in this live-action show. I also liked Buggy way more than I was expecting. He flirts a bit and can act a bit douchy, but it's so much more muted and it let's him shine more IMO. It's just not funny and it makes it hard to focus on the rest of his character when he acts like that so much. ![]() ![]() I never liked Sanji much in the anime, specifically his cliche over-the-top obsession with women. Loved the characters a lot, they did such a good job of adapting them. I finally got around to finishing this and liked it quite a bit, besides the general cinematography.ĭidn't love the fisheye lenses and super strong depth of field, but I got used to it by the end. The third season should adapt the entire Skypiea Saga, they could adapt the Jaya Arc into two episodes and then Skypiea Arc further into 5 or 6 episodes, they could cut out the priests and the Ordeals and have the various groups of characters fight with Enel directly and each other, and maybe also cut the Giant Snake to simplify the season (although they should keep the Giant Snake in Noland's flashback as this flashback is the emotional center of the arc), so this season would be shorter than season 2. Maybe they could combine Whiskey Peak and Reverse Mountain into a single episode and have the Alabasta Arc with 5 episodes.Īnd about Ace, he doesn't have a very big role in this Saga, the simplest option would be to cut the character and leave him to appear much later since it would be expensive to hire an actor to have a small role and then he doesn't appear again for a long time, but as he is a very popular character and most fans must be waiting for his appearance in season 2, so they should increase his role in this season, he could appear first in Loguetown saving Luffy and fighting with Smoker, in other words they should cutting Dragon from this season for the same reason I mentioned before for not having Ace, and he would then appear again in a small role in DrumIsland before reappearing in the final arc of the season. The second season should adapt to the end of the Alabasta Saga, if the series receives more episodes and has 10 episodes perhaps it should be approximately like this:
